Emergency procedures for biosecurity rules
Administrative procedures to be followed
Any of the contractors or suppliers visits shall be prohibited and the process of handling the site shall be made far from the farm by a person authorized by the farms employees and shall ensure the application of biosecurity measures upon returning to the farm.
the staff, and employee who are coming from the outside of the farms shall spend the suration of 72 hours at least outside the farm in an isolated area with no procimity to any poultry frams, or rests that have birds, and make sure that they do net interfere with persons working at any of these facilities.
maintain a detailed vistor record with the visitor’s name, destination, and name of the official to be visited, te purpose of the visit, the date and time of arrival, and the date and time of departure. make sure that he obtained the visitaion permit before allowing him to enter.
Rules to be Followed When Entering the farm
Staff and employees are the only ones authorized to enter
1- Dipping the legs in the disinfection basin at the farm entrance.
2- Entering the locker room to get ready for taking a shower.
3- All personal belongings (cellphone, wallet, keys, books, and pens, etc.) shall be isolated, and allowing the worker necessary belongings to be entered after sterilizing it.
4- Head to take a shower with water, soup, and shampooo (make sure that water tank is supplied with proper antiseptic).
5- Head to the clean dressing room without clothes, or belongings, and an overall, boot, and head cover to enter the farm and this before exiting the clean dressing room.
Rules to be followed, When entering the house
- the overall, the special boot shall be taken off in the yellow zone (inside the farm, and outside the bard), and the overall, boot, and the househead cover shall be worn inside the house (different color).
- Accessing the house is only allowed for the persons authorized to work inside the houses such as the housestaff, site manager, and the operation teams when needed.
- immesrse the boots in the disinfectant basin
- washing hands with high quality disinfectant
- when exiting, the boot shall be immersed inside the disinfectant, and cleaned by a brush.
- make sure of shutting the outer door completely before opening the houseinner door, and make sure that there are no wild birds in the service room.
- taking off the houseoverall, and boot, and place them in their dedicated place.
- washing the hands by the disinfectant
- make sure of closing the houseinner door before opening the service room outer door
- wearing the yellow zone overall, and boot.
- eating, drinking, and potty breaks near, or inside the houses is prohibited.
The rules to be followed when it comes to the entry of all types of trucks to farms
- stopping the vehicle until the purpose of its arrival is confirmed, and obtain a permit to access the farm.
- preparing the disinfectant at the tire washbasin with the required concentration and calculating the added quantity daily
- spray the driver’s cabins with a sanitizer sprayer.
- the vehicle shall be washed from all sides with the disinfectant, and ensure the level of the car wash basin and under the supervision of the gate administrator.
- after the complete the protective procedures, he shall drive the vehicle to its dedicated place.
- during the car wash, the driver shall enter and all followed procedures for the project staff shall be applied on him.
- the vehicle must be on the tire washbasin during entry and exit
- when the vehicle exit the farm the gate shall be closed immediately.
- in case a malfunction occurred to the vehicle, it shall be withdrawn outside the farm for repair.
